Day 2 and still loving New York.
Totally belong in a city. Today we walked passed The Juilliard School and it killed me… I should be there right now. Or just a music conservatory in general. Face it Mom and Dad, cello is the only thing I’m truly good at… and enjoy. Sure I can do calculus out the wazoo… but no one cares that I can calculate the rate at which water fills a swimming pool.
Who knows, maybe...

Sometimes you just don't really have much to say.
Even if it was a good day.
I woke up, marveled at the sight of snow, made some tea and poured some cereal.

Took a nap.
Went sledding for about fifteen minutes. I guess I have just lost interest in sledding with age… which is sad, in a way.

2010: My year.
January 1st: Celebrated the New Year by falling on the floor at my friend Maggie’s house. DRUNK
It snowed like 35 times. I still went running every single day. It paid off. I got 2nd at the district track meet. Won the Coach’s Award.
Was accepted into All-State Orchestra. 11th best cellist in the state, what WHAT?
Oral surgery. Was pretty fun.

I need to see a good horror movie.
We just finished watching the “Haunting in Connecticut,” which was honestly laughable. The plot was predictable, the special effects were average, and the acting was sub-par. I cannot remember the last time I was truly scared by a good horror movie. Actually, I can.
